Holiday Inn Warwick Farm, an IHG Hotel

My Fiancée and I had some amazing experiences and not so good experiences during our stay at the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, we had a late check-in and then went to the bar that was available at the time to have a drink but was unfortunately met with an extremely rude young girl who did not make us feel welcome at all. Once we went back to our room, I wanted to drink a bottle of water from the fridge but it was already opened and tasted like it was filled with tap water.. However once I spoke to Luke.. He sincerely apologized and immediately rectified the problem which we truly appreciated. There was an older man at reception on Saturday evening who was very unfriendly and unpleasant to talk to. Our room was clean, very tidy and really spacious too al though we could hear almost everything that was going on in the hallway and on top of us too which really sucked. The room service was great and the buffet breakfast impeccable. Even though we had a few bad experiences.. We enjoyed our stay and are truly appreciative of everyone who showed us kindness and made us feel welcome. We would like thank Jerry, Luke.. A young man and woman receptionist, and an asian looking lady at Norton's restaurant for being absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.

I stayed at this hotel in room 205 for 2 nights on 30 and 31 December 2023 with the family. The room was clean and a good size. Unfortunately there was a smell in the bathroom which seemed to be from the drains. The showerhead also needed some maintenance. The hinge was loose and wouldn't stay at the desired angle. The room sound-proofing was quite bad. We found it difficult to sleep at nights due to noise from the hallway of other guests talking, opening, and closing their room doors. The noise from the freeway was also quite annoying. The temperature in the fridge is not cool enough. Our drinks stayed lukewarm and we couldn't store food because they would likely spoil quickly. The swimming pool didn't look good at all. The water looked cloudy and dirty. My son was quite disappointed because we wouldn't let him swim in it. I mentioned these issues to the receptionist during checkout. She did apologise but didn't offer any other gesture. I didn't ask anyway because I'm unlikely to come back for a future stay.

Service is amazing from meet and greet to house keeping food amazing very welcoming and memorable little hide away with many gems 💎 bistro gaming and buffet breakfast laundry gym pool all amazing and so happy to accommodate very refreshing enjoy your stay as much as I did close enough but far enough to feel like a getaway the minute you walk through front entrance amazing old school service with a smile.. 🙂 loved it truly did.

Very lovely stay! Very polite staff. The room was really nice and clean. Big sized shower and bathroom. They give you complementary essentials if you have forgotten anything (eg. toothbrush, shaving kit etc) and provide big bottles of shower gel and shampoo and conditioner & cream. I didnt use any but its nice that the option was there. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows are to die for. They have a soft and a hard option already on the bed. Room service was quick and the food was nice and not expensive. I would recommend staying here. I didnt have a chance to check out the pool or gym though.

Stayed as part of a Netball group for state championship. Staff always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choices for hot and cold breakfast. Plenty of parking. A small arcade area for younger children. Pool area good, but wouldn't want to get to busy. Gym area had some free weights and cardio equipment. Coin operated washing machines and driers available. Beds comfy, small sliding door to balcony, rooms size cosy 4 max to a room with 2 queen beds. Shower excellent, but did lack an extraction fan so mirror steamed up quickly.
